More About Me

As a loyal Portlander, I’ve spent the majority of my life in Northeast Portland, but have lived in every quadrant of the city and currently call Southeast Portland home.  I grew up immersed in real estate and design. My dad is a commercial real estate broker, my mom is an interior designer, and my stepdad is a general contractor.

After graduating from the School of Journalism at the University of Oregon, I worked as a project manager in advertising and design for a few years.  Then I completely changed paths and went back to school to earn a Masters in Teaching from the University of Portland.  I taught elementary school for seven years before realizing I was spending all of my free time doing what I really love. In the span of three  years, my husband and I bought and sold three homes, fixing each one up along the way.  I was hooked.

My background in project management and education have been beneficially transferrable to the real estate industry.  I  bring organization and structure, but also love the human aspect of building relationships and providing guidance throughout the process of buying or selling a home.  I take the time to genuinely understand my clients and their goals, tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs.

On most days, I can be found in the Richmond neighborhood walking my dog (Bixby), thrifting home goods, or trying out any of the new local spots.
